Holiday Return Policy

Eligible products at ZenVizion online that are received between November 8, 2024 and December 25, 2024, may be returned through January 8, 2025. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such products purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

Financed Products Final Sale Policy

For products at ZenVizion purchased with interest-free financing option all the sales are final. Please note that the warranty and support are still applicable with respect to such products purchased.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from ZenVizion:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from ZenVizion can be returned to ZenVizion. ZenVizion products purchased through distribution partners must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and all other content that was included when you received it.
• Sender is responsible for shipping fees and customs and duty taxes.

‍How to Return an Item

Ship your item back to ZenVizion

Please note that our production facility is located in Bali, Indonesia. Our return rate is currently at 0%, however, please note that returned items require resources to return to original sales condition. We are not charging any restocking fees and the worldwide shipping is always free. However, if you decide to return the item, the shipping and customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. For return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us through contact page with return request. Please indicate your name and email address that you used when purchasing an item.
• The item should be returned to our production center in Bali, Indonesia. Once your return request is received, we will confirm the return address.
• Sender is responsible for shipping fees and customs duties and taxes when return the item to Bali, Indonesia.
• You have the option to leave the processing of customs duties and taxes to us for a 10% selling price fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive your item a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
• Refunds on products purchased using cryptocurrency, will be initiated within 7 business days. Please provide the return wallet address. The refund will be issued after test transaction.
